How to prepare for your consultation – checklist
- Your referral
- Your current glasses or contacts prescription
- Do not wear contact lenses in the lead up to the appointment
- A list of any medications that you are taking
- Bring your private health fund details
- Your Medicare Card
- New Patient Registration Form or fill in on the day
- Be prepared for your vision to be blurred for a few hours after the visit if dilating eye drops have been given. You may not be able to drive during this time.
